Biasing your mind for success

Our minds only have the bandwidth to focus on one goal at a time. This is both a blessing and a curse.

The curse is we all wish we could simultaneously keep many things in mind.

The blessing is that our mind will latch onto ONE goal if we keep everything else out of the way. And our mind will obsess over that goal and nothing else, until it is accomplished. But, it’s important that you have a proper goal in mind. For important goals, write down the outcome you desire, then get to work. Don’t write down intermediate results or tasks that need to happen, but rather keep the overarching outcome in mind. Refer back if you become side tracked. Use the outcome to bias your mind to find the shortest path to success.
